We set up the campaign
You send us the list of players and teams. We prepare the cards in your association's colours.
Parents are invited
Each family receives an email and a unique code to access their child's profile. No account to create.
Families complete and pay
Photo, information, questionnaire, then online payment. Only paid cards are printed.
We print and deliver
The cards arrive at the association, ready to hand out. The campaign donation is paid to it.

How much could your association raise?
Each participating family receives an envelope of cards to open together, like professional cards. The higher the participation, the larger the donation to the association. Adjust the values to estimate your campaign.

Children's information is handled with care
You are asking your families to take part in an online process. Here is what protects it.
The parent decides
Before paying, the parent confirms that the information is accurate and authorizes its use, solely to produce the cards.
Erased after delivery
Once the association confirms it has received and approved its cards, the children's names, photos and emails are erased.
Secure payment
Payments go through Stripe. We never see or keep credit card numbers.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a campaign last?
You choose the collection end date. After that date, families can no longer edit their profile or pay. Printing and delivery follow within 4 to 6 weeks - to be confirmed when ordering.
What happens if a family does not pay?
Only paid cards are printed. A family can pay until the collection end date.
Do parents have to create an account?
No. They enter the email given to the association, receive a unique code and access their child's profile.
What happens to the children's photos and information?
They are used only to produce the cards, with the parent's consent. They are erased once the association confirms delivery.
Which sports are offered?
Hockey, soccer, baseball, handball and other sports. Anything is possible.
Is there a minimum number of players or orders?
There is no minimum order. Let's talk, because we want to make this experience possible for sports associations of all sizes.
